Xoon,
Attaching a drawing with reference lines. The incidence should be 0-0-0 which means the engine, wing and stab should be on parallel lines. There should be no positive or negative incidence to the wing and stab and no up or down thrust in the engine. Since your plane is already built there may be little you could do to change it now. Most likely the way this plane is designed it will not be off much if at all. I have a plane in my hanger that had almost 3 degrees of positive incidence in the stabilizer as received. Even after modifications it doesn't fly well to me. Most observers think it flies really great. Once you have a plane properly set up and trimmed you will understand the difference. You can do some mixing in the transmitter however most settings only work for one speed and angle of attack so as you fly it will change. Let me know if this gives you the information you need.
