Well set the fuse level. Use the hatch opening to set this up. Check the stab, it should be at 0. Now check the wing bolted to the fuse. It too should be at 0 (both wing halves). If not then what you can do is open up the holes in the fuse for the pins and set the wing to zero. Cut some plywood doublers for the inside of thefuse in the pin area with a hole for the pin and glue them in place with the wing at 0...Before you do this though check and make sure the stab is set to the fuse and not the wing. Then check the firewall is set to the fuse also. If all are 0-0-0 and the fuse is not then keep it there. If not then bring them level with the fuse. If at all possible you want the incidences 0-0-0 to the fuse thrust line.
