Forums are a place where people can go to gripe, complain, and insult without much fear of repercussions. For Example: If some people carried on towards others like they do in here, and were in an actual room filled with real (non-cyber)people, then more then likely some would be going home with black eyes. I really do honestly believe that some people forget that they are communicating with another live person when posting. I find it hard to believe that some of these people who seem so rude and nasty in the forums are really that hard to get along with in real life, and are probally more selective in their opinions when around other "real" people, and very pleasant, but I could have it all wrong and maybe they are that opinionated in "real" life, and do go home with an occasional black eye every know and again!
