I'm having the same problem. I took the advice and tightened up the 3rd speed set screws, but now I don't hear it shifting at all...does seem more agressive thou. I was going to work on the 2nd speed screws first, then windout the 3rd speed screws after I get it to shift into second. Rotostart died, give me an hour to test it out.[:@]
