Frame? I never heard that term used before.
The motorbox sides are stronger, that's probably what you are referring to. We added some gussets to get rid of a stress riser where the sides went through F1.
I have no idea what you are referring to in "wings and servo leads".
Our phones are always busy on Mondays handling spare parts calls from people who had a bad weekend. Call waiting would simply make it harder for everyone, interrupting me to answer another call instead of finishing the one I'm on which might be yours. If we have outgrown one incoming and one outgoing line, then that's about as much success as I can handle. There's always email, that's how most of my customers contact me.
Maybe you would be happier if you bought something from a larger company with a larger support staff and a big expensive phone system.
