If 'm not mistaken, there's info to be found about the Bladerunner and how problematic this hull is to get fast, it can be done, but takes a lot of effort. I don't envy you.

Also take a look at the ToysPort hulls on that site, the smaller one runs fine on 12-16 cells and a 700 motor, with room for future speed improvement, using a better (brushed or brushless) motor.
