CA? I think we'll need more info to make any better recommendation that this. What is the radiator made of? What's the size of the piece of screen you want to use? I wouldn't imagine that much strength is needed here.
Radiator is about 2x4, frame is basswood and using regular screen door material because I don't know any better. It's in front of an AXI outrigger so there won't be any structural load but there will be airstream loads on it.
