Default RE: How to attach the screen in the cowl for a scale radiator?

h-ray,
I have used screen material to simulate radiators on several models. I make up a frame out of 1/16th ply that fits snuggly inside the radiator frame. To install first cut your screen material about 1/4 inch oversize and then bend back the edges 90 degrees. slide the screen into the radiator, from the rear if possible. Then slide the inner frame in so that it holds the bent back screen edges tightly to the side of the radiator. Finally apply thin CA to hold permanently. You may need to use some mocro balloons or baking soda for a filler. Not a good photo, but you can see the results on my P-6-E.
