You can use any servos with any brand receiver, just as long as you have the wiring correct. All servos have a positive lead, negative lead, and a control lead. See the attached diagram for the wiring of the major brand of receivers. To use a different brand of receiver just make sure that you change the wiring to match the receiver you are using. On most plugs there will be a small plastic tab that holds in the plug, lift that up and pull the wire out of the plug. Then reinsert the wires in the proper order.
