If you want to go inexpensive way, go with axi 4130/16 with 9s2p (15c kokam). Use 13x8 apc ( non e ) or 12x10e, 12x12e. 12x10e turns 11,000 static. My GP little toni was radar clocked at 108mph with this setup. Flight time is about 8min.
