I fly with Jeff rcu and it does fine on his OS RX but his plane is 9 3/4 lb, I tried on a Focus OS RX and it didn't have enough poop for a 10 3/4 LB plane has some weird thrust issues. I haven't tried on the Mintor if I had one I would try it, really like some of the effects of the 4 blade constant speed and very slow down lines. The 15.75 X13 3 blade is to much for the Mintor 170 in summer I liked it in the fall but to much heat in summer, your rpm will tell the story, have a 17 X12 2 blade if the 4 don't work out.
