I've had both the Webra 120 and the Thunder Tiger 120, The earlier post that mentioned the TT being 10oz heavier must have been a typo unless u are including the muffler weight. The Webra does not come with a muffler,the Thunder tiger does.

I found the Webra to be very easy to start , very smooth transition, and great idle. I ran both the webra and Thunder tiger engines on Bisson Pitts mufflers.

The Thunder tiger had equally good running characteristics but, was much more powerful than the Webra. I'm talking about 1000rpm's on an APC 16x8. This is a huge power difference!

The Webra is a great engine but ,for a 2 stroke 120 it is short on power.

Yes, It will give unlimited vertical in a 10lbs airframe but, not at 12lbs. I think the fellow that asked about it in the h9 edge would be disappointed with the performance.
