Yes, that has to be the weight WITH the muffler, and yes , it is one huge chunk of muffler!

The engines themselves are within 1 oz of each other.

BTW the mounting pattern is the same for each as well, although the TT is a just a bit longer ( meaning the front hub is about 1/8" further out) otherwise they are completely interchangable
