The North Star goes together pretty quick. The most important part is to get the fuselage straight and square. This seems to give most fellows problems. Not a place to use CA. Use Titebond II or something that will give you some time to get it aligned. Besure the build the weight into the nose that it calls for and you should have any problems balancing it. Mine was right on the money. For performance, it's a great seaplane. It is not and aerobatic performer although I have done outside loops with mine. Watch for the trim changes as the fuel tank empties. Have fun.
