How simple is that??? My mistake was squaring the arm with the servo. It needs to be set by the aileron. Wow, how simple, if I had only studied it longer maybe I would have seen it. Well, if I'm lucky the horn will work where it is, if not I'll have to patch the holes and move on. Thanks for the help.

Look on the Vector-flight home page and go to supplementary instructions. # 10 shows you how to set up the aileron linkage.
