after looking at the stabilizer it looks like its off some
Bet thats the rolling problem , only way to fix it is cut it out or buy a new one. Plane thats built wrong flies wrong , it isn't the planes fault. A 16/6 on a 91 thats a YS110 prop use a 14/6 and tune it right.
