The o15 is a 30cc engine putting out about 2hp according to the old specs. Its easy to get rid of the points and put on one of the solid state conversion kits they sell for lawnmower for about $15. Provided you can get the weight right down and the cost was low I think it would make a pretty good conversion for a cub or stick or something like that. No 3D here.
