If you run them at 3600 mAh the max I would run static is 28 amps 30 max, They will burst higher than this but you will cut the number of cycles that you will get out of them.
I run two 3S 4P 8800 mAh to be a 6S 4P and pull 60 amps static and when I fly the average amp draw is about 30 amps.
