Just remember that watts is power and you get watts from volts x amps = watts
Do you know what the all up weight of your plane will be.
If you will only be pulling 25 amps you should hold a good 3.5 volts per cell. At this 3.5 x 3 = 10.5 volts x 25 amps = 262 watts.
