It's more like a drunken headache when translated correctly I believe.
Truthfully.. it's not even a word. I spoke to a pilot from the Czech Republic at the World Aerobatic Championships in Florida in 2003 and that's the answer I got. Apparently the 1st pilot called it Lomcevak.. and when asked what it meant.. he jokingly said 'headache' cause he couldn't think of anything else..
