You may also want to check the valve adjustment... I found that mine needed adjustment after only a few tanks of fuel. Since the adjustment I've also leaned it some and was able to lower the idle a ton. Mine is inverted and for a little extra insurance I've added the Ram 50 Igniter... it's not necessary but what the heck, $30.00 is cheap insurance and allows you to idle down big time!
