1st thing I would do is get rid of that glow plug. It is clearly the wrong one. Get an OS-F which is their 4 stroke plug. Then I would try to lean the engine on the low jet, the one thrugh the throttle arm. As has been stated they come very rich and must be leaned a lot after break in. But I'll bet the glow plug will solve it.
