If you cannot find replacement servo gears

Throughout the years, I have had several servos do as you say. Luckily, I never throw them away. Having acquired 15 plus servos with stripped gears, it was a simple matter of taking good gears from one servo and swapping into another. doing this, I was able to save 10 servos, with extra gears if I need them.

In short- Save the servos. Gears from one can be used to replace another.
