Use the setup at www.ysperformance.com 1.5 to 2 turns open to start on the idle.

Reset the valves, I'll bet that's the problem if it's never been done. If the plug is not new, change it. It's sometimes helpful to reach into the plug with a #11 xacto blade and pull the element up out of the plug about .030" or so. Makes the plug run hotter.

You didn't mention fuel. What kind? Ever tried 30% heli fuel? Makes lots of hp and also makes problems disappear.
