That engine you mentioned is too big for the flatout, you need something more like the Axi 2204 or mabey the Axi 2208 (Good for outdoor) with the Jeti 4 amp or 18 amp with 2208 considering the flatana is 7.5-9.0oz depending on how well you build it, the flatana is a flat light weight plane.

Why are you getting 4 servos, it requires 3 (rudder, elevator, and aileron) the 4th channel is the engine which is controlled by an electronic speed controller. I would get 3 HS-55 servos.

If I were you I would get the GWS 4 channel Pico Reciever Vertical Pin but order Futaba or JR depending on your radio but if you do get the GWS UM-1 crystal on your frequency on your radio.

Get a 3 cell Li-Po like the electrifly 11.1v 640Mah Li-Po battery or whatever.
