I have three .25 size racer designs: Tsunami, Miss Ashley, Polen Special II. All have 300 sq. in. wing area. Detail Engineering construction drawings with fuselage cross sections. and foam wing core templetes are available upon request.
I have built and flown two Tsunami's and they are a blast and both are still flying after about a year. The Texas Wings Club in north Fort Worh are building about 8 Tsunami's now, they have .25 size races frequently.
