biqox,i use the plastic ties,for some reason i just don't trust rubber bands.the other extra i have,i installed plastic bolts.at the jbolts on the wings i also added a block of hardwood behind the rib then tapped it with the jbolt and used ca to harden the threads also used longer jbolts i made.i should have made the fuel compartment hatch removable but read that weakens the front end so i didn't.this thing is fun on high rates.i used untracoat for covering it seems to do a better job for me.i make most of my decals thought it might dress it up some.a lot of people don't care for them my daughter and i do them.they are printed on clear sticky back plastic then i coat them with urethane to fuel proof them.i will make some pictures of the other one i built and pose a few.hope this helps some ....happy flying
