Right, here was my original problem:
I modified the leo for 1 servo per elevator half, so I had 2 servos at the tail. Since I was using 2 servos, I wanted to do some mixing, so I can adjust each half on its own, I set up Ailvator with 0% for the alirons. The two elevator servos plug into ch 2 + 8. From stage one, we had problems. Whenever we moved the rudder, the servo that is plugged into CH 8 starts to glitch and flutter. I even switched the servos round, what ever servo is plugged into ch8, glitchs.
I took the plane to als for troubleshooting. we first added ferrite 'tubes' (jamara ones), now that didnt work. Next thing we tried, was to get the tx, new reciver and servos, away from the plane, and all was good. Next we switched the rudder servo, as we thought it was faulty, still the same!! We tried alot, new RXs new servos! No luck, we even plugged a servo into ch 8, with a extention lead and put the servo miles away from the plane, still the same! We tried everything, but couldnt find the answer! We gave up at the end and used a Y-Lead which I wasnt happy about... at all.
Should I send my tx to ripmax for a checkup?
Thanks for the help.
