pinned CA hinges ne 1? your incouraged to get glue in the joint :-D

aside from that... insert the inges dry... drill a hole top and bottom through the TE of hte wind and the LE of the flap right in the middle of the hinge mounting plate... drop a dab of very thin CA then insert a 1/8" dowle and your set :-D
