For the red threadlocker you need to really heat up the part that has it to get it off, and if you use the green threadlocker (industrial strength) you are better of replacing that part. You can use hairdryer to melt the threadlocker, make sure you heat up the part evenly. Submerge it in hot water (as long as its not something that can be damaged with water) for a couple of minutes and try to take it of then.
