dbow, it's really easy to do. Just set the surface on the edge of your table, and hold your sanding block at a 45* angle. Then sand a 45 on top and bottom only about 1/4 - 1/3 the way down. Now, instead of having 2 corners, you have 4. Smooth the 4 corners, and you've got a rounded edge!
