I stumbled across this thread and I too would like to build a RC sailboat and looked the above listed plans. The Vanquish or the Advance look the best to my eye. Are there any recommendations between these two?

I read some of the construction articles and I do not want to make my own lead keel. Would there be any commercially available keels to fit one of these?

How would these sized boats handle a speed boats wake? I intend to sail this on a lake with the occasional boat passing by.
