I worked there for about four months and then switched jobs. When Katrina hit, Bob was pressed into service as an insurance adjuster. Now that Rita is striking the coast I'm pretty sure he's hunkered down somewhere getting ready to adjust his way through things. As far as the Yak situation, Bob was having trouble getting KMP or somebody named Brian from TOC to even answer their phone/emails. The trouble with the phone at Morris is a direct problem with the phones in that area. He's not hiding from anyone so just give him a little time to recover from the storm. You may get his right hand man on the phone and he might be a tad swamped. His name is Alberto and he is very knowledgeble in the kitting, laser operations and shipping of product. ( He might have to swim in to work so give him a little time too!!

PS Bob has his laptop so that might be why he is e-mailing people every so often.
