Default Hangar 9 Edge

I've got one with a Saito 180 in it. I've got about 40-50 flights on it. They have all been very demanding flights of the plane. I've never had a problem. The plane does all the 3D and does it well. The harrier is a little rocky, but it you ease up on the elevator it will get rock solid. My favorite maneuver it to take it high, throttle to idle, nose down dive, left aileron for a couple of rolls then left rudder, down elevator and keep the left aileron. Goes into a very nice and fast knife edge spin. Then for extra wows, switch to right rudder and add some power. You get a nice flat spin.

I did notice that the trailing edge sheeting on my wing just where the aileron was cut out is cracked. You can flex the wing up and down and see the covering wrinkle and get tight. I'm going to strip the whole thing down this winter, go thru it and then cover it in my own cover scheme.

I really like the plane, it is a great flyer and with the Saito 180 in the nose, it is unlimited with vertical performance. It isn't a ballistic rocket like a Moki 2.1 would be, but it pulls out of a hover with no problems.

Just my .02 cents.
