That is a nice mag setup. For planes you would mount it using standoffs aroumd the mag assy. Put a prop hub on the other end after removing the cooling fan. This way it will turn counter clockwise. It is a Japanese engine, maybe made by Koritz. It should be between 21 and 25cc.
