Pitt-Viper. A fast charge should be at lest the ma of the bat. 700ma bat = 700ma charge rate. By your numbers you were charging below the 10% rule this would not give you any flying time. If the battery is really bad call Horizon tech and talk too them. They will want you to send them the battery first so they can test it. At this point based on your information I question wether the battery is bad. Find someone in your club that can cycle the bat first.
