The Futaba TP module cannot be used in the 9Z transmitter. Only the TK module.

50Mhz is a frequency band limited to modelers who possess a Technician-class or higher Amateur Radio license.

A module on the 40MHz band would not be available in North America. Frequencies in the 40 MHz band are not permitted for R/C use.
