Just to let everyone know - I have had a very good experience and contrary to what they state on eBay they have provided me with tracking info. The customer service dept. must have undergone some changes. All of my emails were returned within 6 hours. After I get my heli and all is good I will be able to say that I would recommend them to anyone.
