JF, was the wing incidences right out of the box or did you have to start shimming?

Tailplane incidence, needed a tiny piece of balsa under the starboard side to lift it a little.
Incidence between upper and lower wing, using provided templates made life real easy, i did need to trim a tiny bit off one the cabane struts to get it perfect.
