RE: Hangar 9 Twist 3D
I was with DK yesterday when he maidened the Twist. He did a great job and had no problems, despite less than ideal conditions. We did learn why you don't use a pen for a chicken stick. The Twist now has some ink spots that would have been my blood had I been using my finger.
I got a quick flight in on it before I had to leave. I might just have to get myself one of these things! It was a lot of fun to fly. The CG was set at the forward mark, which is probably a little nose heavy. Had to use a little down elevator when inverted.
The low end needle on the Saito still needs a little work. It will be even nicer when he can get the idle more consistent. All in all, a very nice plane.
