how does this airplane compare to the Cermark Javelin ?

The javelin has a longer fuse and the wing on the javelin is larger. 61.5" (fuse) 58" for the wing.

I think the Kysho Oxalys 50 has a 53 3/4" wing and a 57" fuse.

by the way... The Javelin II is about $80 less than the Oxy 50.
