RE: New Kyosho Oxalys 50 ?
And finaly, my Oxalys flies today. This model is perfect, BIG LIKE!
My setup is:
Engine: Saito .82
Prop: APC 13x7 (later 13x8)
Servo: 3x Hitec HS 422, 2x InoLab HD 650
Batery: Sanyo Eneloop 6v 2000mAh
Receiver JR R921 2.4Ghz
Radio: JR X9303
Tank: 260ml (from kit)
Weight 2500g without fuel.
wing loading 82g/dm^2
With this setup, airplane is awesome and flies PERFECT. Only covering could be better. I think this airplane is good for pattern flying/practice and fun flying. I will post some photos for a few days, just to find time for that.

Good show Saburo! Its a great model. I did about 50 joyful flights on it and now have sold it to the friend whose enjoing it the same way. I shifted to 55cc gas. Just do mixing Elev+Rudder for knife edge. It tends to drag towards canopy..

sunny.

RE: New Kyosho Oxalys 50 ?
tnx folks,
for now I made cca 20 flights, and I am still impressed with his maneuver capabilities. Now only need to find the right place of the center of gravity and all will be even better. In the meantime, I put a little lighter Spinner, because the CG is on 198-200mm, and I think it will be better if the CG would be on 195-190mm from TE.
Like i sade, few more photos...

Nikola

Until now I made some changes on the model..I put on the tail of plane 45g of lead and replace prop with APC 13x8. With this I have much better perfomance.
Btw in the meantime on the sports airport, May 13, Zemun Polje - Serbia, 07/10/2010. was held competition in a precision flying. This is the first flight of two that day and thanks to him, I won the first place! The wind that day was very unfavorable..
Enjoy
