Can't you clearly see that if someone goes out a buys an RC system and couples it up with some feritilizer and uses the combination to blow up the local federal building that the RC system manufacturer should be responsible to the families of those blown up for their loss? The feritilizer company should be cupable too.
Yes, it's a license. So... what is your complaint about that? You think the government should be the only one to issue licenses? Issuing licenses is a right in a free country.
