well, the HPI RS4 3 EVO is a 1/10th Nitro on-road car and it is very popular.
The HPI Savage is a popular 1/8th Nitro Monster Truck (very durable)

And no i dont think that the 1/10th trucks are the most popular these days, i would guess the most popular where probably the Nitro Monster trucks (HPI Savage,Traxxas T-Maxx, Traxxas REVO, and many others)
