Hello; I don't know about the 10 minutes - but - Your problem is in the carb. Don't dissassemble the entire engine if your problem is in the carb. I sometimes don't even take a plane to the flying field, just enjoy the other benefits of being with like-monded people. Whereever you fly there's probably someone who has had the same problem with that engine and has performed the cure.

If you showed up at our field with this problem, someone (likely me) would solve it for you. Even if you don't get to fly, you would get your problem solved. I think it's the same in the UK as it is everywhere else I've been.
