Is anyone else having a problem with vibration eating your cowl around the screw mounts. I have had to fiberglass back side of cowl fill holes and redrill. Even with the rubber grommets the holes elongated at least a 1/4" after only a few flights. Never had this problem on the 102; but think that is because of the extra forward cowl mounts.
Splais, I have two words for you. COWL BINDERS They are the most incredible product when it comes to holding your cowl on. If you buy them let me know and I'll give you some tips on instalation that will help you. I'm using them on my EF Yak. Absolutly dead nuts the most perfect product for this application.
