Here in Florida it's almost the opposite for me. I boat and surf in the summer and do most of my flying in the winter. It's just too hot and humid during the summer to fly unless you're one of the guys who gets up at 04:00 to get to the field. No thanks!

Went through PA on the way to NY two summers ago. Beautiful State, but too darn cold for me even in the summer. Blood's just too darn thin.....
