It all depends on how much you wanna pay for everything. A full setup GP trainer with field gear will cost you AT MOST (roughly) 350. Id suggest doing that, i got an electric foamy that i trashed and it wasnt fun. I would recommend a tower trainer. Tough durable, and really cheap. Also, if you want soemthing smaller and cheaper, get a phoenix models .25 trainer. Small, even cheaper, but less power. You have to be more specific in your question to get good replies.

Are you aware that you have to get a club and find an instructor if your going glow?
