You can get the wing rock to slow down if you get the plane at a higher angle of attack. Another way to get the wing rock down is to catch the wing rock. For example if when the planes rolls to the right and then when its about to go to the left about put in some right aleron and hold it, not a whole lot but just enough to stop the wing rock with pratice you can be able to get the rock to stop.
