You have to go to full stall first, add ail and opposite rudder first, then when the plane start to rotate slowly cross the ailerons to the other direction to flat tha spin and then feed (slowly too) power to slow the descent, if you have 3d rates you may want to release some elevator as you add throtle and to work on ailerons to keep wings flat.
